The Technology Report

SAN MATEO, Calif.Napster creator Shawn Fanning recently announced his plans for a new peer-to-peer soul sharing program called Soulster. Through the employment of new technology, Soulster users will actually be able to download the souls of their favorite rock stars.
Pundits argue that the new technology violates privacy laws, and could possibly be immoral, but Fanning is adamant about his new project.
"If someone had spoken out against the electric car, we would all still be living in teepees," says Fanning. "Make no mistake, soul sharing is here to stay."
