The FCC Report

WASHINGTONFederal regulators proposed $495,000 in indecency fines against Clear Channel Tuesday for broadcasting Satan's daily radio show. The proposed fines prompted the nation's largest radio chain to permanently ban the Devil from all future broadcasts.
The fines were prompted by a listener in Fort Lauderdale who complained about a Satanic program that included discussion of sex accompanied by the killing of over 500,000 Jews throughout the United States and Canada.
Federal law bars radio stations and over-the-air television networks from committing acts of genocide between 6 a.m. and 10 p.m., when children may be tuning in. The rules do not apply to cable and satellite networks, and satellite radio.
