Submission Policies: Unfortunately, AsGoodAsNews.com cannot offer any financial compensation for submissions. Please provide a name with your submission. We here at AsGoodAsNews.com are hesitant to publish anonymous submissions, since it is difficult to verify the origin of anonymous content. (Incidentally, submissions are only accepted from the authors themselves.) When submitting an editorial, please include a pseudonym along with your real name. (Just make sure to specify which one is which.) If your story has been published in another publication or web site, please let us know. If necessary, your story will be edited. If significant editing is necessary, we'll let you see the article before it is posted to the site. Any submitter can ask to have his or her article removed from the site at any time. Not all submissions will be published. To improve your chances of having an article published, try to write your story in the style of a real newspaper article. Here at AsGoodAsNews.com, we follow Associated Press style guidelines. If you are unfamiliar with this style of writing, pick up a copy of The Associated Press Stylebook, or read this abbreviated version. Alternativly, you may try to write an editorial, as editorials do not have to follow any strict stylistic guidelines. Finally, if you do not receive a response in a reasonable amount of time, please send us an email. Submit your story every day if necessary. You will not be spamming us, and your persistence will be appreciated.
